Fabric of memory

On each piece a pattern was rubbed from a slab pot made by my wife in the 80's, Then doubled over and glued with spelt flour paste, the water for which came from a rain pool on Predannack. When the paste dried, the pattern on the front was burned in.

Above left is the inside of the hessian after being retrieved from the mud, with the remains of the flower paste glue.
